Welcome to Vaultvistapremier. By accessing our platform or reserving accommodation with Vault Vista Premier Escapes Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Reservations and Payment

All cabin reservations require full payment or specified deposit at the time of booking confirmation. Rates are subject to state taxes and local lodging fees.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to scheduled check-in receive a 100% refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable due to limited seasonal availability.

3. Wilderness Property Rules & Fire Safety

All guests must observe strict mountain fire safety rules. Campfires are allowed only in designated stone fire rings. Unattended fires are strictly prohibited. Open flames are subject to local forest service burn ban advisories.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Guests participate in outdoor activities, hiking, and remote stays at their own risk. Vault Vista Premier Escapes Ltd. assumes no liability for weather-related travel delays, wildlife encounters, or personal injury resulting from trail exploration.
